Directed by Meji Alabi of JM films, the accompanying visual sees the Afrofusion star in Lagos and London. “Way Too Big” chronicles Burna Boy’s life events and gathers the elements that ground him as an artist. He’s portrayed as a businessman, an artist, a fighter and the singer we all know him by, putting him in different themes that showcase his hard work and success. “Because I’m way too big / Way too big to be f*cking with you,” he boasts in the chorus as the music video sees him surrounded by press who are all curious about his music.
TWICE AS TALL features Senegal’s Youssou N’dour, Kenyan band Sauti Sol, Naughty by Nature, Chris Martin of Coldplay and Stormzy also make appearances, along with LeriQ, Telz, P2J, Rexxie, Timbaland, Mike Dean, Anderson .Paak and Mario Winans. “Twice As Tall is the album about a period of time in my life. It’s the album about the struggle for freedom. It’s the album about life in general, real life, good times, bad times, happy times, sad times, great times,” Burna Boy said in a previous statement.
